How 'Bout This Apple?

Yes, that is an apple branded with my company's logo. Keep in mind that this is not a stamp on the apple, but that the apple has in some way been manipulated to grow this way.

I have a lot of feelings regarding this apple that I can't articulate yet...mostly regarding absurdity. Paramount, however, is that there must have been a lot of pre-contemplation that went into this gift...what is the lifecycle of an apple?

I'm sorry, but why the f is a health care organization spending money on genetically engineering apples to grow logos instead of, oh I don't know, putting money into health care???

Or are you totally pulling my leg and that's just a stamp?

It was a gift from the building management.

Apparently, it's not a GMO, but a stencil is placed on the apple during the last three months of growth, and the sun doesn't change the areas blocked by the stencil red.

It's not a stamp. You can't rub it off.
